Appointments are available in 30-MINUTE TIME SLOTS. Please wait by the phone at your scheduled time. Your Benefits Counselor will contact you at the phone number you’ve provided. The incoming call will display from Benefits Enrollment (847) 554-0999. Please save this number in your contacts so it’s recognizable when your Benefits Counselor calls for your scheduled appointment.
